A poorly ventilated roof space traps heat and moisture — cooking your insulation, warping your rafters and pushing your air conditioning bill up all summer. ONTRA installs passive whirlybirds, solar-powered roof fans, ridge ventilation and eave intake systems sized to your roof volume, so hot air exhausts continuously and cool air replaces it. The result is a cooler home in summer, a drier roof space in winter, and a roof that lasts noticeably longer.

Every roof ventilation project at ONTRA follows the same process: site inspection, written scope, fixed-price quote, fabricated and installed by our in-house team, and signed off with a final photo report.
