ONTRA works directly with every major NSW insurer — including IAG, Suncorp, Allianz and QBE — to scope, quote and complete storm, hail, tree-impact and fire damage repairs. We attend the initial make-safe, prepare the scope of works, liaise with your assessor, and complete permanent repairs to original specification or better. All documentation, photos and invoices flow directly between our office and your insurer, so you can get back to normal.
Every insurance repairs project at ONTRA follows the same process: site inspection, written scope, fixed-price quote, fabricated and installed by our in-house team, and signed off with a final photo report.
