Every report includes marked-up aerial and on-roof imagery, prioritised defects with photographs, indicative repair costs, and a plain-language summary suitable for strata committees, purchasers, vendors and insurers. Reports are delivered as a branded PDF within 48 hours of inspection and are accepted by all major insurers and strata managers across NSW.
